In Person Courses:  Courses become non-refundable 30 days prior to the event start date. Please contact us at admin15@ecbaonline.com  for any course refund requests. 

Online Courses: are non-refundable. 

Membership Fees: are non-refundable after 48 hours from purchase. Memberships are based on a calendar year and run from Jan 1st - Dec 31. They may be prorated upon request. 

Golf Tournament: is non-refundable after 48 hours from purchase.
